Liz Prato

Liz Prato plays with words in beautiful Portland, Oregon. “Watching It Go the Other Way” is an excerpt from her recently completed novel, That Place Where Land and Sky Meet. Her prize-winning stories and essays have popped up in several publications, including Cream City Review, Iron Horse Literary Review, Subtropics,  and ZYZZYVA as well as in Who’s Your Mama: The Unsung Voices of Women and Mothers published by Soft Skull Press. She teaches at the Attic Writers Workshop in Portland where students constantly impress her.
