Driving Directions
From the south or west:
Take (I-5 North to) I-405 North to route 30 (toward St. Helens). Then follow signs for the St. John's Bridge. Once across the bridge, go straight through the first light (center lane), left at the next light onto Lombard St, right at the second street onto N. Chicago, and one block to the dojo on the right.
From the east side:
Take Interstate Ave north to Greeley Ave (left turn just after Interstate Ave passes under I-405). Follow Greeley past Adidas and past Fremont Ave. Go two more lights and take a left onto Portland Blvd. This becomes Willamette Blvd. and winds along the north side of the river past the University of Portland campus and under the St. John's Bridge. Take a right onto N. Chicago, and follow it 4 blocks to the dojo on the right (you must take a small jog to the left at Lombard in order to stay on Chicago).
From the near north and NE:
Take Lombard St. west all the way into the center of St. Johns. Go right at the intersection of N. Chicago, and one block to the dojo on the right.
From the far north:
Take I-5 South across the Interstate Bridge into Oregon. Take exit 307 (Expo Center / Marine Dr.) Once on the exit ramp, move to the left lane. Turn left onto N. Marine Dr. After a mile, turn left onto N. Portland Rd. Go past the lake and continue straight through the intersection onto N. Columbia Way. Then bear right at N Fessenden St. Fessenden will end and bear left onto N. St. Louis Ave. Take the fourth left onto N. Central St., and then the second right onto N. Chicago Ave. The dojo will be on the left.

We're just over the St. Johns Bridge, one block from N. Lombard. Through the side gate on Chicago Ave, you want the little house to the left. If you go into the converted wedding chapel to the right, that's cool too, if you want to see the shared community space or study martial arts.
