Scott F. Parker is a recent graduate of the Book Publishing Master's program at Portland State University in Portland, Oregon. He has contributed essays to a number of books on popular culture and philosophy. His writing has also appeared in the Hollywood Star, the Ink-Filled Page, and the Portland Tribune, among others. He is currently working on a memoir entitled The Joy of Running qua Running.
